City Art Gallery will host a personal exhibition of the artist Daria Kollegova

For her, there are no forbidden forms in art. Treating it as one of the ways to understand the world, she is convinced that knowledge comes only in the process of work. Kolegova's individual artistic language, developed over the years, attracts with its boldness of generalizations, aesthetics and metaphor. She had been going to this voice and her own form since she was a student. A student of B. S. Ugarov and V. I. reichet, she still professes in art their principles of pictorial plasticity and expressiveness of the brushstroke. But Kolegova added to them her own light palette and provocative color, freedom in the layout of the canvas and unrestrained artistry.
